This is my story, my name is Jamaul Anderson I have never read a book. I have scaned a book before but I have yet to read one. Growing up reading was not such a big deal, It's not as important; therefore going to charch or having belief in spirit was. Raised by my grandma, love of my life she had the core values I have today old school. she teached me right & wrong, how to care also have manners. My grandmather is 87 and ticking (love that women) She is truely blessed.
I was named by one of my mothers & fathers closest friends. My mother & father couldn't come up with a name for me. Probley couse of the drugs. (yeah thats it ) I was born 4 pounds 11 ounces to a Mr Arther Anderson & Ms Berna Marshall. Thay had 6 children in all, I am the last boy (the baby boy). I am the first out of my family to go to college. my father also went to college, after he went in the marine corp. My mother never made it in school she drop out (NO diploma) started having kids. My father came back from war drugs were in. He started selling, sent my grandmother all over the country and out of the country.Then drugs got the best of him, they took all of us away (falster home) being the women that she is my grandmother, she took all of us and rised us the best way she could. ( I love that woman) Remember my grandmather is 87 & ticking she was born feb.15, 1924. Sorry much as I would love to keep this story going. To make a long story short, reading was not the thing in grandmas time she had bigger problems (racisim) .She just wanted to show us how to servive, look at me now in school college but I have never read a book & thats my story.
